Refund Policy

We want you to love Say Right. If it isn't the right fit, you can ask for your money back — no awkward questions.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Say Right Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, find your order using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request directly.
  • Email us at support@sayright.app with your order number and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription renewals

Say Right Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or via paddle.net — your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

For renewal charges (after the first 30 days), we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly where the renewal was unintentional or the Service was not used during the renewed period. Contact support@sayright.app and we will do our best to make it right.
